Menu selections may be adjusted up to seven (7) days prior to the event date. Final counts and selections are confirmed at that time.

A corkage fee of $25 per 750ml bottle applies to the first two bottles. Each additional bottle is $40. Hard liquor is not permitted.
Deposits are non-refundable within two (2) weeks of the confirmed event date.
Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event require full payment of estimated charges, including food, beverage, applicable fees, and sales tax.
NEP Fountain Valley: Our entire patio may be reserved exclusively for private events for groups of 20 or more, subject to availability. For smaller groups, semi-private seating may be arranged by sectioning off a designated area of the restaurant.
